This conference is chaired by Kathleen Molony, director, Weatherhead Center Fellows Program. This conference for current and former Fellows will be one of several events in 2007-2008 designed to commemorate the Center’s 50th anniversary. In keeping with the Program’s original intent of fostering meaningful and beneficial collaboration between practitioners and academics, there will be a number of plenary sessions and roundtables co-led and co-organized by Harvard faculty and Fellows Program alumni on a broad array of issues: the future of multilateralism, peace and conflict in the Middle East, twenty-first century globalization, integration and immigration, Islam and the West, global climate change, religion and politics, humanitarian crises, and the future of WMDs and the nuclear nonproliferation regime.
