Professor Mills is author of the newly published book, Winning the Peace: The Marshall Plan and America’s Coming of Age as a Superpower (John Wiley & Sons, Inc.), a selection of both the History Book Club and the Military Book Club.  He is an editorial board member of Dissent and a contributor to the American Prospect.
