Seminar on Ethnicity, Culture & Change

During the academic year, the Program conducted a seminar series entitled “Seminar on Ethnicity, Culture and Change” that was open to those interested in the following topics:

  • Historical and contemporary cases of nonviolent struggle and theory
  • Social movements and their policy applications
  • Ethnicity and conflict
  • Indigenous peoples/ethnic groups and the state
  • Human rights/group rights
  • Land and resource tenure and management
