Information Warfare, Hybrid Threats, and Nuclear Risk: The Hidden Threats of a Digital Age

December 12, 2024

This conference is closed to the Harvard community.

This conference aims to explore how emerging forms of information warfare and hybrid threats are reshaping global security, particularly in the context of nuclear risk. It aims to foster expert dialogue on the strategic, technological, and policy dimensions of these challenges, and to identify ways to strengthen resilience and decision-making in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Through expert panels and high-level policy discussions, the conference will assist in building cross-regional understanding and collaboration among policymakers, academics, and security professionals to address the hidden vulnerabilities of the digital age.
