### Abstract:

Andrew Moravcsik will discuss the prominent proposal for Data Analysis and Research Transparency (DA-RT) in political science currently being taken up by the American Political Science Association and several leading journals with an emphasis on proposals to implement new approaches to ‘active citation’.
