#  Faculty Associate Frank Dobbin Wins HBR McKinsey Award

Weatherhead Center Faculty Associate Frank Dobbin, professor of sociology, won the HBR McKinsey Award for best *Harvard Business Review* article of the year along with coauthor Alexandra Kalev. Their article, "[Why Diversity Programs Fail](https://hbr.org/2016/07/why-diversity-programs-fail)," reveals that decades of workplace programs intended to foster diversity haven't been successful.
