The semiconductor industry played a crucial role in advancing technology from mechanical to electronic industries, but it found its catalyst in an unexpected place, i.e., the United States' defeat in the Vietnam War. Based on hear latest publication, "The Global Chip War and the National Sovereignty," soon to be published in English, Minister Park presents how the past, present and future of the weaponized semiconductor industry.</p><p>	<em>The event is co-sponsored by the HKS Korea Caucus and the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University. This event is part of the Korea Cinema Trek, the flagship initiative of the HKS Korea Caucus and North Korean Study Group.</em></p>
