Paintings by Canada’s pioneering modernist Lawren Harris, as part of an exhibition at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts titled “The Idea of North: The Paintings of Lawren Harris.” The exhibit opened with an evening of conversation co-sponsored by the Weatherhead Center’s Canada Program and included William Lyon Mackenzie King Chair Alison Mountz.
