Sir Hilary Beckles, vice chancellor, University of the West Indies; chairman, Caribbean Community Commission on Reparation and Social Justice, gave a lecture entitled “Reparatory Justice for Global Black Enslavement: The Greatest Political Movement of the 21st Century.” The lecture was co-sponsored by the Charles Warren Center.
